While still important, economies of scale have been augmented with economies of scope and mass customization, and now by economies of learning. Leading companies are becoming learning organizations, leveraging data and AI for the continuous improvement of engagement, operations, processes, products and services. This is heightening the competitive divide between data haves and have-nots, where an organization’s capacity for learning will drive its future competitiveness, resilience, adaptability, and value. But this doesn’t just happen by itself. This presentation explores the role of the business analyst in designing learning into the products, services, processes and organizations that they advise on.

About Mike Rosen:
Mike is Chief Scientist at Wilton Consulting Group providing advice to CIOs, Business and IT Leaders, and Architects on the creating the new Digital Business Platform, using architecture as a tool for digital transformation and improved decision making. He is also a Founding Member and VP of the Business Architecture Guild. Mr. Rosen has more than 40 years of technical leadership experience architecting, designing, and developing solutions, applications, and products. Prior to consulting, he was CTO at startup AZORA Technologies and chief architect, product architect, technical leader, and developer for commercial middleware products from IONA, BEA and Digital. Mr. Rosen is a well-known international speaker and author of 3 books and hundreds of articles.
