It's one thing to work on and implement a system or program that will cause people to change the way they do their daily business, and it's another to make sure that people are prepared for that change.

Please join Jill Forbes for a presentation on how to make change meaningful in your organization with Change Canvas.

Change Canvases come from Jason Little at Lean Change Management. They are a tool used to empower stakeholders at all levels and engage them in meaningful conversations when implementing change. Change Canvases review such topics as what is the vision of success, what support is needed in order to achieve that success and what actions can be taken to prepare?

During this session, Jill will overview different types of Change Canvases as well as why and how they were used to make meaning for a change implemented at her organization, National Leasing. You can read a little about that experience here.

Jill Forbes likes to help people. She currently does that at National Leasing as the Change Management Lead. Jill loves facilitating workshops where she aims to help people think critically, achieve new skills and save them from death by PowerPoint. Her Lean Change Agent workshop participation, ProSci and APMG and certification in Change Management as well as her certification in Adult Continuing Education help her achieve these endeavours. In her spare time, Jill loves to spend time with her family, make music and skydive when she can.
