During the last months, the world has been going through a whirlwind of change, that has impacted economy, our way of working in unprecedented ways. People’s ability to adapt to new situations, to lead through change, and to establish a “New Normal” is being put to the test like never before.
In this collaboration of IIBA and ACMP, we would like to talk about the impact on the professional development and skills needed to face the challenges ahead.

About Our Speakers:
Samit (Sam) Baindur is a Senior Consultant at Online Business Systems, Winnipeg. He has over 12 years of Technology and Business Consulting experience across diverse industries and locations across North America. He holds a Bachelors in Engineering, a Master’s degree in Organizational Change and an MBA from the University of Delaware in the United States. Sam serves as Vice President of Professional Development at the IIBA Winnipeg Chapter and is passionate about teaching, mentoring and sharing his experiences in Business Analysis and Product Development.
Katharina Kettner is an expert in organizational culture & leadership development, with over 25 years of experience in designing and implementing programs for corporate clients in Europe and North America. She holds a PhD in Communication & Media, a Certificate in Economy & Business Studies (Strategic Management & Leadership), and  PRINCE2, Scrum, PROSCI ADKAR, and Business Process Management certifications. Katharina is Director of Marketing & Communications at ACMP Manitoba Chapter and an author and speaker in the fields of Innovation, Organizational Culture and Change.
