Spring Workshop: Day 1 - Requirements Elicitation and Review

IIBA Winnipeg is pleased to announce our Spring workshop this year will be with focus on Essential Skills for Business Analysis.  Kupe Kupersmith will be facilitating the workshop on both days!
For those looking for certification professional development units, the courses are IIBA endorsed and you can earn up to 14 PDU/CDU's.

Learning Objectives
Day 1 - Requirements Elicitation and Review:

  • Discuss what is business analysis
  • Explore various requirements
  • Use effective techniques to elicit requirements from various stakeholders
  • Determine the most appropriate elicitation technique for the desired results
  • Enhance active listening skills to understand what stakeholders are really saying and verify the message
  • Identify techniques for reviewing and validating requirements
