Description:
Most project failures don’t begin with a crisis; they begin with signals that are subtle, ambiguous, and easy to dismiss. Status dashboards stay green, governance forums receive polished updates, and progress appears controlled. Yet long before budgets overrun or delivery falters, warning signs are already present: confident updates without substance, alignment that feels rehearsed, and progress that is narrated rather than evidenced.

The forces that truly derail projects—political friction, weakening sponsorship, quiet scope erosion, testing shortcuts, and unspoken team concerns—rarely surface in formal reports.

This session explores how Business Analysts and Project Managers can detect these hidden signals early and uncover what their project is really saying.
