Board of Directors elections - your vote is needed!

As an active member of the IIBA Winnipeg Chapter, the current board is asking for your assistance by way of a vote on the role of VP at Large.  All nominations were reviewed and we are happy to report that we have received nominations for all open positions including 2 nominations for the role of VP at Large. As a result, you are invited to cast your vote to select 1 candidate for the position.  Your vote plays an important role in the governance of your local chapter. Your board represents you, by voting for a board position you are voting for your representative and you are providing oversight to the local chapter board.

  • Sunil Bridgelall

VOTING PROCESS
The independent Nomination Chairperson, Celso Ferreira, will coordinate the voting process. Celso will act in a fair and impartial way to ensure all votes are collected and handled privately and in-confidence. The voting will officially begin 9am MON NOV7 and end SUN NOV13 at midnight.

Voting will be conducted via the process noted below. 
1. Votes will only be accepted from IIBA members in good standing with both the IIBA International and the IIBA Winnipeg Chapter.

3. Votes will be counted by the Nomination Chair 
 
4. The current BOD will be notified of voting results by the Nomination Chair
 
NEW BOARD ANNOUNCEMENT
The new board of directors will be announced on or before November 18, 2016 via email from the Winnipeg Chapter Board.  Please also join us to meet the new board at the Winnipeg IIBA December Networking event.  Details about this event will be sent in a further email from the Chapter.
