IIBA Winnipeg board members were key participants in the recently held BizTek 2017. Biztek is an annual corporate networking function organized by the Management Information Systems students from the Asper School of Business.

Biztek invites successful leaders in the management and IT fields to share their experiences with the students throughout an evening of workshops, presentations, networking and Dinner. The IIBA Winnipeg Chapter has been an active supporter of Biztek since 2015 and was fortunate to be amongst the 3 organizations invited to deliver a keynote on "Cloud Computing in MIS" this year. We were exhibitors at the networking session too, where attendees were able to understand the benefits and opportunities of an IIBA Winnipeg Membership.  

Student and Emerging professionals represent a key demographic in our membership and are at the focus of our 2017 plans. IIBA Winnipeg Chapter has several professional development and volunteer opportunities available right now.
