Vincent Turski

Vincent Turski is an experienced business analysis and transformation leader with over 20 years of experience delivering enterprise system implementations and operational modernization initiatives. His work spans manufacturing environments, CRM transformations, and analytics enablement, with a strong emphasis on aligning leadership objectives with technical architecture from the earliest stages of delivery.

He brings a pragmatic, risk-focused approach to business analysis, helping organizations avoid costly downstream impacts by validating assumptions early and strengthening cross-functional alignment. A graduate of Computer Science from the University of Calgary, Vincent combines technical depth with strategic business insight to bridge the gap between enterprise systems and operational outcomes.

As President of the IIBA Winnipeg Chapter, Vincent is committed to advancing the profession through community engagement, mentorship, and the practical application of business analysis principles within the local business community.

Carla has a passion for creative problem solving and employing elegant solutions to solve complex problems. She has over a decade of experience in the tech sector, including 5 years dedicated to small business digital transformation through her own consulting practice. Carla is a Lead Business Analyst and Senior Consultant for Online Business Systems, serves on the IIBA Winnipeg Chapter as President, Head Coach for the University of Manitoba Business Technology Management JDC West case competition team, and is a Career Mentor for junior Business Analysts. Carla has a B. Comm. (Hons) degree in Finance and Marketing from the Asper School of Business. Her certifications include Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), ProSci Change Management Professional, and PRINCE2 Foundations Practitioner.

Emmanuel Kehinde

Emmanuel is an IT professional with over 16 years of experience, starting his career as a system engineer and progressing to enterprise storage specialist and presales engineer. He later transitioned into business analysis, leveraging his technical background to deliver practical, business-focused solutions across sectors including financial services, telecommunications, oil & gas, logistics, and the public sector.

He currently leads a team of IT professionals, driving system improvements and digital initiatives. As Vice President, Marketing, Emmanuel is focused on increasing the chapter’s visibility, strengthening member engagement, and creating more awareness of the value of business analysis within the community.

Adewale Osiyemi

Adewale Osiyemi is a seasoned IT professional with over 10 years of experience leading the analysis, documentation, and implementation of secure business and technology solutions. He has contributed to major initiatives involving the deployment of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Google Cloud Platform solutions, driving process optimization, operational efficiency, and sustainable organizational growth.

Adewale currently serves as a Senior Business Analyst at one of the world’s largest IT and business consulting firms, with a global presence across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Philip Kaleta

Philip has over 21 years of experience in the IT industry in Winnipeg. Beginning his career as a software developer, eventually he moved into the analysis space and has played many roles from Business Analyst to Solutions Architect to Test Manager. He has led teams on many exciting projects in the domains of healthcare, retail, telecom, insurance and government agencies. A graduate from Computer Science at the U of M, Philip received his CBAP certification in 2012, he has since added on PRINCE2 and TOGAF and is currently working towards certifications in InfoSec (Security+ and CISSP).
