The IIBA Winnipeg Chapter is now launching the BA Spotlight program! We are excited to recognize great achievements within our community. We love to recognize passionate analysts and want to give you a chance to submit an achievement of a colleague, a team even yourself! 
Example criteria to consider:

• A great project or program success or milestone
• Initiating or developing a Centre of Excellence (CoE) related to analysis
• Developing a great business case
• Mentoring or coaching to help someone succeed
