Working with Multi-Generations
IIBA Winnipeg is pleased to present - Working with Multi-Generations
As the workforce continues to change, through millennials entering the workforce and baby boomers leaving it, organizations will need to adapt to the evolving needs of their staff. Each generation has differing teaming expectations, leadership styles, and communication preferences that are unique to each group. But what are those expectations, styles, and preferences? And how do we ensure that we adjust our personal preferences to those different from us? Life-long millennial, Heidi Deras, and resident gen Xer, Kris Hiebert, will dive into each of these topics into more detail and discuss how organizations can create great multi-generational teams.
Please join Heidi Deras and Kris Hiebert for this presentation.
